Trainee Programmes

Over the years, we have built up a reputation for our comprehensive training programmes for people under 25.

We offer the following opportunities:

• An established Graduate Development Programme for engineering graduates on accredited honours degrees in engineering
• An undergraduate industrial placement programme offering 12-month sandwich placements for bright, motivated engineering students looking for a career within the defence industry.
• A financial sponsorship scheme for students who have completed a successful industrial placement with us and wish to be considered for a graduate post, upon graduation.

General Vacancies

Our workforce is highly skilled and we are inclined to develop our people from within, if we can. However, our recruitment strategy is projects/contract-driven and responds to requirements for particular skills/professional expertise to address work in hand, in different functions of the business.

When we require additional expertise/professional support, whether in engineering design, systems, electronics, manufacturing or support functions such as our marketing, purchasing, logistics support, personnel or finance functions, we advertise on our company website, in the national and local press, professional magazines and job centres.
